REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ezeh Thrift Store. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging where applicable
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us through our store's contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (especially if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Within Nigeria:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
  • Customs duties or taxes on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your provided account details.
  • International refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges If you received a defective or wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct item at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item received.

7. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Take clear photos immediately upon opening the package
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

8. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our store's contact page
