SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a few additional days.

2. Payment Confirmation Your order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed. Please use your order number as the payment reference when making a bank transfer.

3. Shipping Locations We ship both within Nigeria and internationally. Delivery availability to specific countries will be shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Within Nigeria:

  • Lagos & surrounding areas: 1–3 business days
  • Other major cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days

International:

  • West Africa (Ghana, Benin, Cameroon, etc.): 5–10 business days
  • Rest of Africa: 7–14 business days
  • Europe, North America & other regions: 10–21 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Partners We work with trusted local and international courier services to deliver your orders. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

7. Delays & Lost Packages Ezeh Thrift Store is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Damaged Items If you receive a damaged item, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped, where available.
